The Discovery phase is where we analyse your current situation. What is working well, what isn’t and where the opportunities for improvement are. We use the output of this phase as the content for the first of four workshops, the Strategy Review.
Each workshop feeds of off the previous one, ultimately resulting in a detailed implementation plan to deliver the changes that have been agreed by the relevant stakeholders, during the various workshops. At this point, we can continue to work with you to bring the plan to life or we can leave you to make the changes on your own – the choice is yours.
